Q1. Will it fall off and tangle?

A： Falling off: It is normal for the first few strands of new hair to fall off. We always recommend customers to clean with moisturizing shampoo before installation. Drying can lead to excessive detachment.

Entanglement: Usually, our hair does not tangle because it is human hair with a complete stratum corneum. However, dryness, accumulation of oil stains, saltwater, or failure to comb daily can lead to tangling and detachment. Please follow the hair care instructions to maintain the wig.

*Hair care instructions:

1）Wash your hair every other day with a humectant-based shampoo. Humectants attract moisture to hair shaft and lock it in.

2) Follow with a conditioner designed specifically for dry hair. Leave it on for several minutes. This will smooth the cuticle and lock in.

3)  Rinse with cold waters. This will further close the cuticle the make your hair shiny and smooth.

4)  Apply jojoba oil to the driest parts of your hair.

Q2. Can I dye it in other colors and make other styles?

A： Yes, our hair is 100% human hair and can be dyed, bleached, and permed, but we recommend hiring a professional hairstylist to dye and care for your hair. However, frequent dyeing and perming can cause damage to hair, even damaging it. Please do not do this frequently.

Q3. Why are there short hairs on the headgear?
